  I have been to a variety of pets around the area and this one is definitely not one that I want to go again I did not feel welcomed and not even being acknowledged I asked a few questions They were not attentive or helpful Was clean overall and nicely presented But customer service ruined it for me

  I have always used this pet store and have never had a bad word to say about it. Untill now. I think its a bit unreasonable when the last three days its been closing well before the closing times stated online and at the store. I live in walton now and can only get there after . First of all we got there at 4.55 on monday then tried again on Tuesday at same time then got there wednesday at 4.15 to find out they had closed at 4.. My rabbit and my dragons had to go with out certain bits for a day as i couldnt get what i needed! Gave up today and reluctantly went to pets at home in walton...
